The idea that ‘sometimes things have to fall apart for them to fall together’ is the heartbeat behind my coaching and Life Unraveled writing.

Because, when 💩 happens we can either choose to ignore it, or we can become intentional in our exploration & resolution of the ‘undoing’ we’ve experienced.

But, let's be real, being intentional is hard.

I mean, when life unravels it often leaves us ruminating in indecision weighed down by tidal waves of overwhelm. And, we become uncertain about (and overthink) everything.

Yet, despite this difficulty, I still hope to inspire and empower you to be intentional - to support you as you take the unraveled threads of your life and find a clarity aligned with who you really are. And then, weave those threads back together into a tapestry of your own making - stronger and better than before.

Like what I had to do as a recovering religious fundamentalist. 👀

Yep. My life had to completely unravel before being able to recognize, understand, accept and embrace my true queer, gender expansive self.

You see, for decades, I lived by an imposed set of beliefs that gave me a mission, a sense of purpose & a confidence about who I was & how my life would unfold.

Until it didn’t.

Until, in 2015, after months of wrestling with questions that challenged everything I understood to be true, I suddenly found myself without a career or community - uncertain about who I was or how to move forward.

It was a dark, scary time from which I almost didn’t make it through.

But, after sifting through a lot of rubble, I took the unraveled threads and good pieces from my past and I worked to weave together a new tapestry. It’s taken some time, but I’ve repurposed the skills and experience I had in social service & ministry and I’ve used them to become a professional Authenticity Alignment Coach. As such, I get to help folks who’ve lost themselves, find and become who they’ve always been and were meant to be.

So, if you feel lost or have some life to unravel, I’m here to cheer you on and support you in any way I can. 😊

Because the truth is, unraveling life is better when we do it together.
