I have a confession π€« to make to you this week about something I've been resisting for a long, long time.
But, before I tell you what it is, let me pave the way just a little bit.
Since I started coaching professionally 5 years ago, I've wrestled with what kind of coach I should be. Translation: what do I want to call myself?
Core Energy Coach? Life Transitions Coach? Identity Empowerment Coach? π€·ββοΈ
To be honest, I can't remember all of the title variations I've tried on.
And yet, the answer was there all along.
I just wouldn't accept it.
Can you relate?
Can you recall knowing the all-but-obvious truth about something but, for one reason or another, you dug your heels in and refused to acknowledge or accept it?

For me, it was acknowledging and accepting that I live and breath authenticity.
That no matter what I think, say or do, it always comes back around to the measuring stick of what is genuine, real and true. Always.
And yet, up until this past week, I've refused to use the word authentic or authenticity to describe who I am or what I do as a Coach.
I felt like it was such an overused word that I convinced myself it was actually inauthentic to use the word authentic.
What the...?!?! π€¦ββοΈ
Anyway, that ends today.
Yep. Today, I stop resisting and start owning.
I start owning that...
I am an Authenticity Coach. π₯
And, I help people courageously explore, confidently embrace and boldly express their true, authentic selves!
Okay, now it's your turn.
What are you ready to stop resisting, and start owning, so you can build your something better?
